抽沙船是一种对河沙进行提取的水上采沙设备。它主要依靠抽沙船自带的抽沙泵将被激起的泥沙连同水流一起顺着抽沙管道输送到存沙地点。大型的抽沙船可以同时进行河沙的抽取、水洗与储运,抽沙泵在其中都扮演了重要的角色。也因此对于抽沙船上抽沙泵的选择是一件非常重要的事情,它将直接关系到抽沙船的抽沙工作能否顺利进行。
抽沙船上如果使用的不是高铬合金吸沙泵,那么叶轮的磨损是很严重的。像我们的小型抽沙船都是使用的普通铸铁或铸钢的吸沙泵,所以叶轮需要经常更换。首先我们的普通抽沙船的抽沙泵是不能更换高铬合金泵叶轮的。只能确定自己的工作环境选择叶轮,铸铁叶轮特点是耐磨,铸钢的特点是耐打。也就是说如果沙层中石头较多就选择铸钢的叶轮,石子含量低就选择铸铁叶轮。
抽沙船的抽沙泵在运转中应定期检查轴封水的压力和流量,及时调节填料压盖或更换填料,以保证始终有少量的清洁水通过轴。还要定期检查抽沙船抽沙泵的轴承组件运转情况。开始运转时,如果轴承发热则可停泵待轴承冷却后再次运行;若轴承仍严重发热,温度持续上升,则应拆卸轴承组件,查明原因。一般轴承发热是由于润滑脂(油)过量或润滑脂(油)中有杂质引起的,因此,轴承润滑脂(油)应适量、清洁并定期添加。
随着抽沙船抽沙泵使用时间的延长,叶轮与护板的间隙将不断增大,泵的性能要逐渐变坏,应及时将叶轮向前护板方向调整,以保持较小的间隙,使泵保持在高效率运行。当泵磨损到其性能不能满足系统要求时,应更换过流部件(易损件)。为避免过流部件因磨损失效对系统产生的严惩后果,要定时拆检泵估计过流部件的寿命,以便及时更换。
